Online Service Strategy Consulting: Pepsicola.co.kr

This is a project for developing proposal for the development of PEPSI’s on-line site and its on-line promotion strategy to meet the challenges of Coca Cola Korea’s on-line and off-line linked promotion.

To represent the images of PEPSI – young and challenge – we centered on the promotion image of “Execute!” to propose development of a site that integrates the on-line, off-line and mobile and other promotion mediums.
In other words, customer would execute diverse set of contents that require participation such as PEPSI sound mix, style mix, and challenge, and customers would be able to benefit from diverse PEPSI related events and promotion information on a real-time basis without needing to log onto the web by downloading the PEPSI.exe client software. Moreover, their immediate participation was enabled. In addition, customers were encouraged to participate in PEPSI site and its promotions through mobile at the shops where PEPSI is consumed.

Moreover, PEPSI brands such as PEPSI, Mirinda, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, and Gatorade ICE that were previously managed separately were integrated in a functional manner to enable integrated management of customer information centered on the PEPSI site, and we proposed the measure for building individual sites for each of the applicable brands to maintain their individual identities.
